Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Intern, located on-site in Gurugram. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, providing administrative support to the HR department, and contributing to various HR projects. The role involves helping with onboarding, preparing HR-related reports, and coordinating meetings and interviews.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and employee onboarding skills
• Knowledge of maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
