Position: HR Intern

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
• Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for HR and eagerness to learn.
