About Us

Digitoria is a growing digital marketing company helping brands build a strong online presence through innovative strategies and result-driven campaigns. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and office events.
• Help in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with different teams for attendance and leave management.
• Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Final-year student in HR, Management, or related field.
• Experience: Fresher – 6 months (internship/academic project experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
