Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Source and create a steady pipeline for all open positions through job boards and other channels.
  • Maintain an ideal source mix to achieve required hiring numbers.
  • Shortlist candidates, conduct HR evaluations, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and track the progress of each candidate.
  • Document and create fitment plans for all roles within the scope.
  • Initiate offer approvals and negotiate with candidates to ensure closure within the TAT.

Skills: To thrive in this dynamic role, youll need to have strong understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using recruitment tools. You should be a master communicator and a collaborative team player. Your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback will ensure you can pivot and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
