Job Description

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will be an integral part of the HR team, gaining practical experience and insights into various HR functions. You will work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, contributing to recruitment support, onboarding and orientation, HR administration, employee engagement, compliance and reporting. Your role will be crucial in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, organizing engagement activities, and ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements. - Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. - Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records. - Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Assist in conducting induction programs and collecting feedback from new employees. - Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic. - Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as contracts and letters. - Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Participate in employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results. - Contribute ideas to improve employee morale and workplace culture. - Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements. - Prepare HR reports and analytics on key metrics such as recruitment and turnover. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (candidates in their final year of study may also be considered). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Prior internship in HR will be an advantage.
