Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Administer payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Scheduling Team Meeting and performance reviews.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,046.46 per month
