HR Intern

Job Overview

SPARTX is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Assist in preparing and managing HR policies and internal documentation
• Coordinate with team members on daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Help organize employee engagement and internal activities
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by the HR team

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work from the office in Mohali
