Job Summary
Brihaspati Welfare Foundation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to human resource management and workplace coordination, helping you build a strong foundation for your HR career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees.
• Help organize HR activities, workshops, and engagement programmes.
• Assist in daily HR operations and coordination with different teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Prior HR-related experience (preferred but not mandatory).
