HR Intern – Hybrid (Unpaid)

Location: Rohini Sector 11, New Delhi (Hybrid)
Type: Internship (Unpaid)

Duration: 3 - 6 Months

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing HR team. This internship is perfect for students or fresh graduates looking to gain practical HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring activities: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes and HR documentation.
Maintain HR databases, attendance, and employee records.
Help organize employee engagement events and training sessions.
Research HR trends and assist in policy implementation.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Eager to learn and grow in HR.
