Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Surat. The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including assisting in recruitment processes, organizing and maintaining HR documentation, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and managing employee records and benefits. Additionally, the HR Intern will aid in coordinating employee engagement activities and collaborate with the team to enhance HR efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Basic knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
