Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and helping with personnel management tasks. The role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in the HR field.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree (or working toward one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR management software (preferred but not required)
