Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern based in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist with various administrative and operational HR tasks, including creating and implementing HR policies, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing support with employee engagement activities. The role also involves maintaining personnel records, coordinating employee benefits programs, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
