HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment , employee engagement activities , and HR operations . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases Support onboarding and documentation of new hires Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events Assist with maintaining HR records and reports Provide general administrative support to the HR team Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's (Required) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
