HR Intern

In this role, you will have the chance to support the drafting of job descriptions, job advertisements, and other HR-related documents. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential in facilitating effective communication with candidates and arranging interviews. Furthermore, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be put to good use in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. To excel in this position, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. While previous experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial, it is not mandatory - your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will be highly valued. In return for your valuable contributions, we offer a stipend ranging from 5,000 to 6,000 per month, providing you with a valuable learning experience in HR and recruitment.
