Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a fast-growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding new employees – documentation, induction, and orientation.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Support the team in performance appraisal processes.
• Draft HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
• Address basic employee queries while ensuring confidentiality.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and IT industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,223.72 per month
