About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations , with opportunities to support Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in helping streamline HR processes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management Draft HR letters and support documentation (e.g., offer letters, internship letters) Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee asset management Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers Maintain recruitment trackers and job posting updates Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach Who You Are: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Psychology or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Interest in learning about core HR functions in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain: Exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a growing e-commerce/consumer brand Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and HR tools Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals Certificate of internship upon successful completion Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
