Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from different job portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
