Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and factory HR functions to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective labour welfare programs to improve employee morale and productivity.
  • Liaise with government authorities to resolve issues related to licensing, permits, and other regulatory matters.
  • Oversee plant HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely implementation of statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws (PF, ESIC), Labour Welfare Schemes (PF), Govt Liasoning.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with government officials.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Industrial Relations & Factory Human Resources (HR).

Only Factory experience required

This role is Off role(3rd party roll)
