Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers

  • Experience in labor law compliance and employee relations
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Expertise in HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Leadership in driving HR initiatives
  • Strategic alignment of HR strategies with business goals

Qualifications

Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred

Experience

  • 20-25 years of experience in and 5-10 years in the Power/Energy industry.
  • Expertise in handling the site team of HR - IR, ER, Admin and medical team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and driving organizational success

Certification Required

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRMP) is a plus
