Job Description

As an HR Global Shared Services Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting HR operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include addressing employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries. Additionally, you may assist in resolving employee issues and guiding them to the appropriate HR personnel as needed. Your role also involves helping to maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws. This includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring adherence, and supporting audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You will be involved in administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems to streamline processes. In this position, you will be focusing on producing deliverables within your specific discipline. Your main emphasis will be on learning how to collaborate effectively in a team environment to fulfill your responsibilities in a timely and high-quality manner. While you may receive guidance from a more senior practitioner, you are expected to work independently within a team setting and dedicate your efforts full-time to a single project. Key skills and competencies required for this role include attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and adapt, and proficiency in HR processes and systems.
