Prior experience as an
HR Generalist in the US Staffing industry
Knowledge of
HR operations, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance
in US staffing context
Familiarity with
US employment laws, benefits, and visa classifications
preferred
Strong skills in
onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage HR processes independently in a remote work environment

Job Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end HR operations
including onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding for US staffing employees
Ensure
compliance with US staffing policies, labor laws, and documentation requirements
Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications
Maintain and update HR records, HRIS, and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure smooth workforce management
