Job Description

  • Administer and coordinate HR programs and policies across various areas such as hiring, onboarding, compensation, training, and development.
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.
  • Ensure HR records and systems (e.g., HRIS) are accurate and up to date.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and analytics as required.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
