The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, enabling Quantium to attract develop and retain top AI and Data Analytics talent while fostering our unique culture. You will design and implement people initiatives that support business objectives while advocating for an exceptional employee experience.As a true HR generalist, you'll provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle - from organizational design and talent management to performance coaching and employee relations. Your ability to balance strategic insight with practical solutions will help leaders build diverse, inclusive teams that thrive in our fast-paced environment. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business prioritiesProvide first-point HR advisory to Leaders (Lead level and below) on performance management, organizational design, talent development, and building diverse, inclusive high-performing teamsCoach and build leader capability for effective people management across the employee lifecycleSupport workplace investigations and manage complex employee relations issuesDrive seamless people experiences by partnering across Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and other P&C teamsAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experiencePlan and deliver Quantium's signature people processes including performance cycles, goal-setting, career development and promotionsLead or contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectivenessContinuously improve HR processes through automation and standardization to increase efficiencyCreate and deliver training/guidance materials to build people leader capabilityEnsure timely and accurate completion of all performance management, promotion, and review processesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, applying them appropriatelySupport the implementation of engagement initiatives and action plans based on employee feedbackCo-create P&C initiatives and lead development of streamlined HR processes and tools.Champion the integration of AI into HR practices to enhance efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decision making. Identify and implement AI-powered HR solutions to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.Skills, Experience, And Education Required
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP roleExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Tech, Consulting, FMCG, etc.)Strong business consulting and HR acumen with ability to translate business needs into effective people solutionsExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic environmentExperience with change management and organizational effectiveness initiativesStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insightsKnowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance requirementsEnhanced the HR Analytics & Insights technical capability to mention leveraging AI toolsUnderstanding of AI applications in HR and their potential to transform people practices
