Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
