HR Generalist / HRBP

Job Title: HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Chennai
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Languages: Proficient in English and spoken Hindi (mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition (TA), MIS reporting, and supporting various HR projects and process implementations. A strong command over both English and Hindi (spoken) is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business teams and provide HR guidance on people-related matters
• Manage the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR MIS reports regularly for internal review and decision-making
• Support and implement HR projects and process improvement initiative
• Drive employee engagement and support performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role
• Strong experience in MIS reporting, Talent Acquisition, and project implementation
• Must be fluent in spoken Hindi and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work hard, take initiative, and drive results independently
• Exposure to HR systems and tools (HRMS) is an added advantage
