Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
Handle performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Administer payroll processing and benefits management in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring labor law updates and implementing necessary changes.
Support management in workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Weekly factory visit is must
