Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Manager/Generalist with 1 year or more experience to handle daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
• Support the full hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in handling employee concerns and workplace issues
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Help manage performance reviews and employee development
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Good knowledge of HR practices and basic labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with HR software is an added advantage
