Job Description

Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure smooth HR operations and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update all employee records in the HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits through HRMS.
Configure and troubleshoot HRMS modules as required.
Generate HR analytics, MIS, and statutory reports from HRMS.
Train HR team and employees on HRMS usage and best practices.
Coordinate with IT/vendor for HRMS updates and technical issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HRMS management (any platform).
Strong data management and Excel skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field preferred.
