HR Generalist

About Us:

Showroom B2B is a leading B2B marketplace in the Fashion and Apparel industry, connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers in a dynamic ecosystem. Our platform empowers businesses to streamline operations, optimize inventory, and foster strategic partnerships within the fashion supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer leaves and manage absences
• Organize and maintain employee records
• Process performance evaluation documentation and reports
• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights
• Resolve HR-related issues efficiently
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Enforce company policies to ensure employee safety
• Ensure compliance with labor and HR laws
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media , job portal etc
• Review resumes and update hiring databases
• Plan and conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Develop and recommend practices to foster positive employee relations
• Update job requirements and descriptions as needed
• Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven recommendations
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring HR laws and conducting investigations
• Organize HR training, seminars, and workshops as needed

Experience: 3yrs to 6yrs

Qualification: MBA- HR

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated work experience in a HR Generalist or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems.
• Thorough understanding of labor legislation and its application in the workplace.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate positive employee relations within the organization.
