Requirements ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. ● 5+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in fashion/apparel/retail. ● Strong network with modern retail chains. ● Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship management. ● Deep understanding of Kidswear, Menswear, and Womenswear. ● Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand. Preferred Skills ● Experience with premium/luxury brands. ● Exposure to industry players like Buying/Trading Houses. ● Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and in-store execution.
