HR Generalist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with the finance department.
• Oversee statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and feedback systems.
• Conduct training and development programs based on organizational needs.
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Support HR policies implementation and ensure adherence across departments.
• Prepare HR reports and use tools like Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  25 years in a similar HR Generalist or HR Executive role.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in HR operations and labor law compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS software and Advanced Excel
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
