Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
Schedule and follow up on interview rounds with relevant departments.
Support in preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and induction processes.

2. Employee Engagement

Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Collect feedback and assist in maintaining employee satisfaction reports.

3. Attendance & Documentation

Maintain employee attendance records and leave data.
Assist in documentation, filing, and updating HR databases.
Support in maintaining employee files both digitally and physically.

4. HR Operations

Support in drafting HR letters (appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Help coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and joining data.
Assist in HR audits and compliance-related documentation.

5. Learning & Development

Assist in scheduling internal training sessions.
Maintain training attendance and feedback records.

6. General Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
Handle internal communication and notices as directed by HR Manager.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
