Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate counseling, and daily telecalling. Must handle screening, and coordination for interviews efficiently. Maintain candidate database and provide regular follow-ups to ensure conversion and joining. Required Candidate profile Graduates with 1–5 yrs of HR experience, fluent in communication. Skilled in sourcing & recruitment, and confident in handling calls & giving counseling. Chennai-based candidates are preferred.
