Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing HR Operations & Employee Relations for the unit.

2. The job involves recruitment of on roll employees- coordinating with the HO.

3. Recruitments - co-ordination with the vendor, external sources & to get the vacancies filled as to maintain manpower count.

3. Timely & error free preparation of attendance, take approval and send to HO, check each & every aspect of the bill like - Salary calculations, attendance, service margin etc.

4. For onroll employees make sure that all the LWPs, PLs, Comp offs, Optional holidays are applied & approved.

5. Maintaining records & registers under various labour acts. Handle employee grievances in co-ordination with unit head.

6. Maintaining employee data base in soft form as well in Hard copies.

7. Inform the Unit Head & HR Head in case of any misconduct & misbehavior by any employee.

8. Manage overall HR Operations. Handling Labour Audit, providing necessary documents to labour officials in coordination with Head Office.

Preferred candidate profile

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Proven knowledge of HR principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Good Communication Skills
