Job Description (West Avenue Realty) – Developer Firm

Position: HR Executive

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred)

About the Role:

West Avenue Realty is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support and strengthen our growing team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to take ownership of core HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and engagement—while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.

• Support payroll processing and handle attendance management.

• Draft and implement HR policies in line with company goals and compliance standards.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or allied industries.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an added advantage.

• High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information.
