Job Description

Position: HR Executive Location: New Town , Kolkata Experience: 1–3 years in Recruitment Consultancy (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition across multiple roles and industries Handle a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets Use job portals (especially Naukri) efficiently for sourcing and screening candidates Ensure closure of positions within the allotted time frame Coordinate with clients for job briefs, interview scheduling, and feedback Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation Build a quality pipeline of candidates through sourcing, referrals, and networking Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a recruitment consultancy Strong command of job portals , especially Naukri.com Ability to close multiple requirements within strict deadlines Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Team management experience is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: HR Executive: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Required) Work Location: In person
