HR Executive

HubOps is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and record-keeping
• Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
• Support performance review processes
• Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in HR (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with HR software or HRMS platforms

2. Basic understanding of Indian labor laws

3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

4. Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
