Job Description

Location-Wadala Shift Timing-10 AM to 7 AM Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and contacting potential candidates: This can involve using various online platforms, networking, attending job fairs, and building a talent pipeline. Reviewing and analyzing resumes and applications: Filtering candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Conducting initial phone or virtual screenings: Evaluating candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and communication skills. Interviewing and Selection: Scheduling and coordinating interviews: Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Conducting in-person or virtual interviews: Asking behavioral and technical questions to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit. Evaluating candidates and providing feedback: Comparing candidates based on their qualifications and experience, and recommending the best candidates to the hiring manager. Offer and Onboarding: Negotiating and extending offers: Presenting offers to qualified candidates and working through the offer terms. Facilitating onboarding: Helping new hires get settled into the company and providing support during their first few weeks. Additional Responsibilities: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: Working with the HR team to ensure that the company has a strong recruiting presence. Building relationships with hiring managers: Understanding their needs and expectations to ensure that the right candidates are hired. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics: Monitoring the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and making adjustments as needed. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: Ensuring that the recruiting process is effective and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
