Job Description

As an HR Executive at Tasks Expert Virtual Employees Services Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing IT recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and compliance. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment, conducting onboarding and induction of new employees, managing employee records and processes, addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, operating the KEKA HRMS, planning employee engagement activities, and generating HR reports. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordination. - Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees. - Manage employee records, probation, confirmations, and offboarding processes. - Address employee grievances and support retention strategies. - Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, bonus, leaves, and labor laws. - Operate KEKA HRMS for attendance, shifts, leaves, and employee data. - Plan and support employee engagement and training activities. - Generate HR reports including headcount, attrition, and attendance. Qualifications: - Graduate in HR or related field (MBA preferred). - 1-3 years of HR experience with a strong IT recruitment background. - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory processes. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Hands-on experience with KEKA or any HRMS tool. - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.,
