Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain timely communication with candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases

2. HR Documentation & Records

Update and manage employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.)
Draft and process HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and notices

3. Employee Relations

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
Support the promotion of a positive and compliant workplace culture

4. HR Operations

Collect and verify payroll data for accurate and timely salary processing
Support administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, claims, and queries
Help maintain and implement HR policies and the employee handbook
Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information responsibly

5. College Trainee Management

Coordinate training schedules for trainees across departments
Handle documentation and compliance related to BOAT, NATS, NAPS, and similar trainee programs
Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, stipend processing, and program adherence
