Sales Trainer

Job Description

Role Summary: The purpose ofthe role is to be responsible for designing, implementing, and deliveringtraining programs that enhance the sales capabilities of internal sales teams.This role will focus on equipping the sales staff with the tools, techniques,skills and knowledge necessary to achieve sales targets, improve customersatisfaction, and contribute to the overall business objectives. KeyResponsibilities: TrainingDevelopment: Design and develop engaging,results-oriented training programs tailored to the specific needs of the salesteams Institutional as well as SME Create and update training materials,including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to keep up with productupdates, market trends, and sales strategies. Deliveryof Training Sessions: Conduct in-person or virtual trainingsessions for sales teams, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge,customer service skills, and other relevant areas. Lead role-playing exercises and groupdiscussions to foster active learning and engagement. Conduct regular refresher courses andproduct training to ensure ongoing skill development. SalesPerformance Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of trainingthrough performance metrics, feedback, and sales results. Conduct regular assessments for skills,& knowledge Track individual and team salesperformance to identify areas for improvement and provide additional supportand coaching. Regularly report on training progress,outcomes, and improvements to management. Individualsupport: Provide on-the-job coaching/Individual handholding to sales staff, helping them apply new skills andtechniques to their daily interactions with customers.
