HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic team by sourcing and securing top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains. Your expertise will shape the foundation of our workforce, ensuring we attract individuals who align with our vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with leadership & hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline effectively
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, staff assistant or relevant human resources.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience of day to day HR responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Graduate and relevant degree in HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
