Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. Preference will be given to candidates located in or around Bhiwandi. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch, and storage. Ensure efficient space utilization and optimal stock placement. Monitor daily operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure periodic stock audits. Supervise warehouse staff and oversee training and performance. Implement safety and security procedures in compliance with company policies. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth supply chain flow. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Excel. Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth daily functioning. Should be familiar with local transportation/logistics challenges. Candidates residing in Bhiwandi or nearby areas preferred.
