Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

4. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.

5. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract potential candidates.

6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders.

7. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

HR Operations (30%)

1. Onboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and onboarding process.

2. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

3. HR Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

5. HR Support: Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
