HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

Enerture Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the solar EPC sector, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance — preferably in a technical or project-based industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee databases.
• Support employee engagement, appraisal cycles, and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms.
• Act as a point of contact for project-site HR support.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the infrastructure, EPC, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong communication skills and working knowledge of HRMS/Excel.
