Job Description

Role: HR (Manufacturing)
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Dhebar Road South, Rajkot - 360002

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: create job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
Provide timely HR support by addressing employee queries and resolving workplace issues.
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with labour laws and HR best practices.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Monitor labour law changes and recommend compliance actions.
