🚨

We’re Hiring: Food & Packing Supervisor

🚨Are you experienced in

spices and pulses packing

and looking to take the next step in your career?We’re looking for a dedicated professional to

oversee retail packing operations

— ensuring every pack that leaves our facility meets top-quality standards for both

domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage packing lines for spices, pulses, and other food products
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across all packing activities
Ensure compliance with FSSAI / HACCP and export packaging standards
Monitor and train packing staff for smooth daily operations
Coordinate with production and QC teams to maintain product quality
Optimize efficiency while minimizing wastage

🎯

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail food packing (spices/pulses preferred)
Knowledge of export-oriented packing is a big plus
Strong understanding of food safety, labeling, and export documentation
Ability to lead, train, and manage teams effectively
Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced setup
