HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Sky tree Solutions Limited in the Textile Industry, your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying staffing needs by assessing the number of open roles and the need for additional employees. - Sourcing candidates through deciding where to post job listings, creating job postings, and potentially contracting with recruitment agencies. - Interviewing and selecting candidates by conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and making hiring decisions. - Onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition, including orientation and training. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws by staying up-to-date on employment legislation and ensuring the company adheres to all regulations. - Developing and maintaining HR policies by creating and updating HR policies and procedures. - Managing employee records to maintain accurate and confidential employee information. - Designing and managing compensation packages by developing competitive salary structures and benefits programs. - Administering employee benefits to ensure proper management and distribution. - Monitoring compensation and benefits costs by tracking expenses and making adjustments to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Maintaining employee attendance records by tracking absences and ensuring compliance with attendance policies. - Managing HR budgets by overseeing the department's financial resources. - Participating in HR projects and initiatives by contributing to HR-related projects, such as implementing new HR systems. Qualification Required: - MBA in HR Please note that only male candidates are preferred for this position. The work location is in Gangapuram, Chithode, Erode. This is a full-time job with day shift schedule. Knowledge of Hindi language is preferred for this role.,
