- Employee Records & Compliance – Maintain documentation, contracts & legal compliance.
- Attendance & Leave – Track attendance, leaves & process payroll.
- Background Verification – Conduct pre-employment checks.
- Expense & Reimbursement – Verify employee expenses & forward for approval.
- Employee Engagement – Plan activities & handle grievances.
- Training & Performance – Coordinate training & assist in appraisals.
- HR Policies & Compliance – Ensure adherence to policies & labor laws.
- Exit Formalities – Handle resignations, exit interviews & settlements
