Job Description

  • Assist in identifying staffing needs and managing the recruitment process.
  • Post job advertisements, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in issuing offer letters.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal data).
  • Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies, and letters.
  • Ensure HRIS data is up to date and accurate.
  • Assist in gathering and verifying payroll data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors to process monthly salaries.
  • Support in administering employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
